By using Emerion services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Description

Emerion provides emergency identification services via QR codes, NFC products, and digital emergency profiles accessible through authorized scans or taps.

2. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate emergency information

• Keeping login credentials secure

• Updating medical and emergency contact data

3. Emergency Access Disclaimer

Emerion provides information access tools, but does not provide emergency medical services. Response times and emergency assistance depend on third parties such as hospitals or responders.

4. Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions are billed annually unless otherwise stated.

• Subscription benefits remain active while the plan is active.

• Certain features may depend on selected subscription tier.

5. Product Usage

QR stickers, NFC cards, or devices must not be used for illegal or fraudulent purposes. Misuse may result in suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability

Emerion shall not be liable for:

• Incorrect information entered by users

• Emergency outcomes dependent on third-party responders

• Loss caused by unauthorized account access due to user negligence

7. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable laws.
